All data is received through the contact me section of the website and is not taken involuntarily. The Data is only received once the user of the site sends the data to Simon Turnbull. This information is your name, email and phone number and is only used by means of contacting you to arrange meetings and provide updates about appointments. 

In accordance with the Data Protection Act all data taken from the site cannot be distributed to other 3rd parties and is kept secure. Any breaches in data security that could potentially compromise the secured data must be reported to the client within 72 hours, as stated by the GDPA that was implemented on the 25th May 2018.
